Ingredients
- Nordic Whole Grain Rolled Oats – 250g
- Water – 4 cups
- Coconut Milk – 1 cup
- Evaporated milk – 360mL
- Ube-Flavored Condensed Milk – 200G
- Salt to taste
Procedures
- Pour 250g of Korpala Nordic Oats and 4 cups of water in a medium pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil then lower to a simmer until oats is cooked, stirring regularly to avoid scorching and sticking. Add more water if necessary to achieve your desired consistency.
- Stir in coconut milk, and a pinch of salt to taste.
- Add ube-flavored condensed milk for a flavor and sweetness.
- Ladle champorado into bowls. Top with a swirl each of evaporated milk or powdered milk if desired.
