Ingredients

  • Nordic Whole Grain Rolled Oats – 250g
  • Water – 4 cups
  • Coconut Milk – 1 cup
  • Evaporated milk – 360mL
  • Ube-Flavored Condensed Milk – 200G
  • Salt to taste

Procedures

  1. Pour 250g of Korpala Nordic Oats and 4 cups of water in a medium pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil then lower to a simmer until oats is cooked, stirring regularly to avoid scorching and sticking. Add more water if necessary to achieve your desired consistency.
  2. Stir in coconut milk, and a pinch of salt to taste.
  3. Add ube-flavored condensed milk for a flavor and sweetness.
  4. Ladle champorado into bowls. Top with a swirl each of evaporated milk or powdered milk if desired.
