Ingredients
- Nordic Instant Oatmeal – 100g
- Flour – 60g
- Butter – 60g
- Brown sugar – 80g
- Egg – 1 pc
- Baking powder – 3g
Procedures
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and mix with brown sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and whisk until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, and baking powder.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto tray, spacing evenly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Cool on tray for 5 minutes before transferring to rack.
