Ingredients
- Nordic Instant Oatmeal – 100g
- Egg – 1 pc
- Milk – 180mL
- Baking powder – 5g
- Oil – 15mL
Procedures
- In a mixing bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
- Add oats, baking powder, and oil. Mix until smooth and slightly thick.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease.
- Pour about ¼ cup batter into the center of the pan.
- Spread gently into a thick round shape (thicker than pancakes).
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Check bottom — once golden brown, flip carefully.
- Cook uncovered for another 2–3 minutes until cooked through and edges slightly crisp.
- Remove and repeat with remaining batter.
