Ingredients
- Nordic Whole Grain Rolled Oats – 80g
- Vegetable broth – 750mL
- Carrots – 80g
- Potatoes – 150g
- Onions – 40g
- Milk – 120mL
Procedures
- Dice carrots, potatoes, and onions evenly for uniform cooking.
- Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add carrots and potatoes first; cook for 5 minutes.
- Add onions and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in rolled oats and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add milk and mix thoroughly.
