Ingredients
- Nordic Instant Oatmeal– 100g
- Egg – 1 pc
- Milk – 180mL
- Baking powder – 5g
- Sugar – 20g
Procedures
- In a bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
- Add oats, sugar, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease.
- Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on surface (about 2 minutes).
- Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.
