Procedures

  1. In a bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
  2. Add oats, sugar, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease.
  4. Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on surface (about 2 minutes).
  6. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve warm.
