Ingredients
- Nordic Whole Grain Rolled Oats – 300g
- Egg – 2 pcs
- Mixed vegetables – 100g
- Soy sauce – 30mL
- Garlic – 5g
- Oil – 15mL
Procedures
- Heat oil in a wide pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until lightly golden.
- Crack eggs into the pan and scramble until just set. Remove and set aside (optional for better texture).
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add cooled cooked oats and break up any clumps.
- Pour soy sauce evenly and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes.
- Return scrambled eggs (if removed) and mix well. Serve hot.
