Procedures

  1. Heat oil in a wide pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until lightly golden.
  3. Crack eggs into the pan and scramble until just set. Remove and set aside (optional for better texture).
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add cooled cooked oats and break up any clumps.
  6. Pour soy sauce evenly and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes.
  7. Return scrambled eggs (if removed) and mix well. Serve hot.
