Ingredients

  • Nordic Instant Oatmeal– 100g
  • Cocoa powder – 30g
  • Sugar – 100g
  • Egg – 1 pc
  • Oil – 60mL
  • Baking powder – 3g

Procedures

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease or line a small baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add egg and oil.
  4. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
  7. Insert toothpick — if it comes out with moist crumbs, it’s ready.
  8. Cool completely before slicing.
