Procedures

  1. Place rolled oats in a clean container or jar.
  2. Pour milk over the oats.
  3. Add honey and yogurt.
  4. Stir thoroughly until evenly combined.
  5. Cover tightly with a lid.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 6–8 hours or overnight.
  7. Stir before serving. Add toppings if desired.
