- Nordic Whole Grain Rolled Oats– 80g
- Milk – 480mL
- Apple – 200g
- Cinnamon – 2g
- Honey – 20g
Procedures
- Dice apples into small cubes.
- Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add oats and cook for 5–7 minutes while stirring.
- Add diced apples and cinnamon.
- Simmer for another 3 minutes until the apples soften slightly.
- Remove from heat and drizzle honey before serving.
