Procedure

1Heat 15mL of cooking oil in a wide skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2Add the thinly sliced pork belly to the pan and sear until the edges are golden brown and the fat has started to render.

3Push the pork to one side and sauté the minced garlic, onions, and grated ginger in the rendered fat until fragrant.

4Add the chopped kimchi to the pan and stir-fry with the pork for 3 to 5 minutes. The kimchi should become slightly translucent and caramelized.

5Sprinkle 10g of Menu Pork Powder Mix 1KG: Regular over the mixture. This will enhance the natural meatiness of the pork and balance the sharp acidity of the fermented cabbage.

6Pour in the 30mL of kimchi juice and add 10g of sugar. Stir well to ensure the Menu Pork Powder Mix 1KG: Regular is fully dissolved and creates a savory, spicy sauce.

7Add the green onion pieces and toss everything together for another 1 to 2 minutes until the onions are slightly wilted.

8Drizzle 10mL of sesame oil over the stir-fry and give it one final toss to incorporate the nutty aroma.

9Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
