Wintermelon Milk Tea Sinkers

Procedure

1Prepare the Wintermelon Jelly: In a pot, combine 500mL of water, 40g of brown sugar, and 25g of Menu Magic Jelly Wintermelon. Stir while cold until dissolved.

2Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring for 2–3 minutes.

3Pour into a flat tray (about 1.5cm thick). Let it cool, then refrigerate for 45 minutes until very firm.

4Once set, cut the Menu Magic Jelly Wintermelon into small, glossy 1cm cubes. These will be your "sinkers."

5Brew the Tea Base: Steep the tea bags in 400mL of hot water for 8 minutes to create a strong, dark concentrate. Remove the bags.

6Sweeten: While the tea is warm, stir in the remaining 40g of brown sugar and the condensed milk. Let it cool to room temperature.

7The Mix: Stir the evaporated milk into the cooled tea. The color should turn into a rich, creamy caramel-tan.

8Assemble: Drop a generous portion of the Menu Magic Jelly Wintermelon cubes into a tall glass.

9Fill the glass to the brim with ice cubes.

10Pour the milk tea over the ice. The jelly cubes will settle at the bottom, waiting to be caught by your straw.

11Garnish: Drizzle a little extra brown sugar syrup on top if you want a "Tiger" milk tea look.

12Serve with a wide "boba" straw for the best experience.
