Procedure

1Prepare the Soya Base: In a wide mug or a milk frothing pitcher, combine 150mL of hot water and 30g of Menu Soya Milk Powder

2Stir vigorously with a spoon or whisk until the powder is completely dissolved and the liquid is smooth and creamy.

3Sweeten (Optional): Add your sweetener of choice to the warm soya milk and stir until dissolved.

4Froth: For a true latte texture, use a handheld battery-operated milk frother. Submerge the frother just below the surface of the soya milk for 20–30 seconds until a thick, velvety foam forms on top.

5Combine: Brew your espresso or strong coffee into a separate serving glass.

6The Pour: Slowly pour the frothed Menu Soya Milk Powder into the center of the coffee. Hold back the foam with a spoon until the glass is nearly full, then peak the foam on top at the very end.

7Garnish: Lightly dust the top with cinnamon or cocoa powder for an extra aromatic touch.
