Procedure

1Prepare the Fruit: Place a half-piece of lychee into the bottom of 12–15 clear acrylic or glass shot cups.

2The Jelly Base: In a small pot, combine 300mL of water, 200mL of canned lychee juice, 30g of sugar, and 25g of Menu Magic Jelly Lychee

3Stir thoroughly while cold to ensure the powder is fully dissolved.

4Boil: Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2–3 minutes.

5Add the "Bliss" Tint: Remove from heat and stir in the pink food coloring or cranberry juice until you achieve a delicate "blush" pink.

6The Pour: Let the liquid cool slightly for 5 minutes, then carefully pour it into the shot cups over the lychee pieces.

7Set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the jelly is completely firm.

8Garnish: Top each shot with a tiny mint leaf or a sprinkle of edible silver glitter for a "party" finish.

9Serve chilled. Use a small appetizer spoon or simply "pop" them out to enjoy.
