Leche Flan Milkshake

Procedure

1Prepare the Leche Flan Jelly: In a pot, combine 400mL of water, 50g of brown sugar, and 25g of Menu Magic Jelly Leche Plan. Stir until dissolved.

2Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring for 2–3 minutes.

3Pour into a flat tray. Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 45 minutes until very firm.

4Once set, cut the Menu Magic Jelly Leche Plan into small 1cm cubes. Divide the cubes into two portions.

5The Blend: In a high-speed blender, combine the chilled full cream milk, vanilla ice cream, condensed milk, and half of the leche flan jelly cubes.

6Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until thick and creamy. The blended jelly will infuse the entire shake with that distinct custard flavor.

7Assemble: Take a tall glass and drizzle caramel sauce along the inside walls.

8Place the remaining leche flan jelly cubes at the bottom of the glass.

9Pour the blended milkshake over the jelly "sinkers."

10Garnish: Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream, more caramel sauce, and one or two jelly cubes on top for presentation.

11Serve immediately with a wide boba straw.
