Buko Delight Refresher
A cool and refreshing drink made with the light, sweet taste of buko jelly using Menu Magic Buko Pandan Jelly combined with a smooth, chilled beverage base. It has a fresh and creamy flavor with a satisfying texture, making it a delicious tropical drink perfect for hot days.

Procedure

1Prepare the Pandan Jelly: In a pot, combine 500mL of water, 50g of sugar, and 25g of Menu Magic Jelly Buko Pandan. Stir until fully dissolved.

2Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring for 2–3 minutes.

3Pour into a flat tray and let it set. Once firm (about 45 minutes in the fridge), cut the Menu Magic Jelly Buko Pandan into small, uniform 1cm cubes.

4Mix the Base: In a large pitcher, combine the fresh buko juice, condensed milk, and evaporated milk. Stir until the milk is completely integrated into the coconut water.

5Combine: Add the shredded young coconut meat and a generous amount of the green Menu Magic Jelly Buko Pandan cubes into the pitcher.

6Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. This allows the pandan flavor from the jelly to subtly infuse into the coconut milk base.

7Serve: Fill tall glasses with ice and pour the Buko Delight over the top. Make sure each glass gets a good scoop of jelly and coconut strips.

8Garnish: Top with a small pandan leaf knot or a maraschino cherry for a pop of red against the green.
