Procedure

1Prep the Bananas: Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. For the thickest smoothie, use bananas that have been frozen for at least 4 hours.

2Combine Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, add 200mL of cold water and 40g of Menu Soya Milk Powder. Pulse once or twice to ensure the powder is incorporated into the water.

3Add Solids: Add the frozen banana slices, peanut butter (if using), vanilla extract, and honey/syrup to the blender.

4Blend: Toss in the ice cubes. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and no large chunks of banana or ice remain.

5Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more water. If you prefer it thicker, add an extra tablespoon of the Menu Soya Milk Powder

6Serve: Pour into a chilled tall glass.

7Garnish: Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon, a few chia seeds, or a slice of fresh banana.
