Procedure

1Mix 1 pack of Menu Magic Ube Jelly with ½ cup water and let it sit for 5 minutes.

2In a saucepan over low heat, combine 2 cups milk, ½ cup all-purpose cream, ½ cup sugar, then stir until smooth.

3Add the bloomed jelly and stir until fully dissolved, making sure it does not boil.

4Pour the mixture into cups or a container, let it cool, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.

5In a small pot, heat ½ cup brown sugar and ¼ cup water until slightly thick for the arnibal.

6Cook small sago pearls according to package instructions and drain.

7Scoop or slice the chilled ube milk jelly into a cup, pour warm arnibal on top, and add sago or extra ube halaya if desired.

8Serve chilled with warm syrup on top and enjoy.
