Procedure
-
1Prepare the Mango Layer: In a small pot, combine 400mL of water, 50g of sugar, and 12.5g (half pack) of Menu Magic Jelly Mango
-
2Stir until dissolved, then bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the 1 cup of fresh mango puree.
-
3Pour the mango mixture into individual glass jars or a large pudding mold until half-filled. Refrigerate for 20 minutes until the surface is set but still slightly tacky (this helps the layers bond).
-
4Prepare the Milk Layer: In another pot, combine 400mL of milk, 50g of sugar, 50mL of condensed milk, and the remaining 12.5g of Menu Magic Jelly Mango
-
5Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat. Do not let the milk boil vigorously to avoid curdling.
-
6Once the mango layer is firm, slowly pour the warm milky jelly over the back of a spoon onto the first layer to prevent them from mixing.
-
7Refrigerate the entire pudding for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until completely chilled and firm.
-
8To serve, top with fresh mango cubes or unmold onto a plate to reveal the beautiful orange-and-white contrast.
