Procedure

1Batter: Dredge cauliflower florets in a mixture of ½ cup cornstarch and a pinch of salt.

2Crisp: Deep fry the florets at 180°C until the edges are brown and very crunchy. Drain on a wire rack.

3The Foam: Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Whisk in 3 tbsp Menu Salted Egg Powder Mix 500Guntil it bubbles and smells nutty.

4Glaze: Add the cauliflower and toss gently. Ensure the "popcorn" is fully coated in the golden yellow powder.
